John Yarush Owner of Maui and Kauai locations has practiced for over 37 years in practical dispensing, teaching, research and developement. He has owned and operated his own dispensing Labortorys since 1979.

Don (Kona) Smith (director and owner of Ohana Hearing Care in Honolulu) has practiced in the industry for over 41 years most of which has been located in Honolulu since 1966. Don at one time owned and operated all four locations on each island.
